Unique and modern room with a spacious bathroom. Great and particularly good location in lovely area, adjacent to restaurants along the promenade, a clinic for the healthy check up and the Esplanade, shops and the botanical garden. Besides, easy to get to Memorial Park.

It was a really good stay for one night prior to our departure, recommend this place.

The location was great: stores and a supermarket were within walking distance. Even the Cairns airport was not so far, 10 minutes drive away...

Clean, great value hotel, the location was good and stunning just off the Esplanade, great restaurants and facilities in Cairns, and Cairns. The staff where very very nice and the pool was nice. Liked the location between the airport and the city. Pizzeria Pedro's Pizza was located 15 minutes walk away.

Loved the "charming" older style property on a budget. Conveniently close to everything. The blend of Maltese and Australian architecture was.interesting. Wow, a small balcony! How luxurious. And don't get me started on the "ideal spot for birdwatching." Such excitement. *insert sarcasm*

We stayed at Floriana Boutique in Cairns and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Art-Deco guesthouse on the esplanade. It was a refreshing change from the generic holiday apartments that dominate the area. the room, particularly Room 10, was spacious and had comfortable beds. the period furniture and fittings added a touch of charm. Derek, the staff member, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to the city and the hospital. The nearby lagoon pool was a great alternative while the guesthouse's pool area was undergoing refurbishment. Cons: Nothing, all good. 👍.

We truly enjoyed our one-night stay at Floriana Guest House. The traditional hotel offered good views, and the location was stunning and incredible. It was also very close to public transport, the hospital, and the Esplanade.

the building was filled with character and the rooms were tastefully decorated and clean. the verandah studio room provided beautiful views of the surrounding area, making it a perfect base for relaxing walks and bird watching. the kitchenette in the room was an added bonus, allowing me to have a self-sufficient and comfortable stay. the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant experience.

I did encounter a minor issue with the lighting at the back entrance, which was a bit dark and daunting for a solo female traveler at night.
